Merrick Real Estate has secured a development financing package for its residential development at Elms Road in London SW4, working with Voltaire Financial and Maslow Capital.
Voltaire was approached by Merrick Real Estate to assist with the development which comprises 15 new build residential flats in the heart of Abbeville Village. The scheme benefits from the amenities of Abbeville Road and is very close to Clapham Common station and the high street.
